On Monday's Backchat, who supports Hong Kong Independence? Many have recently condemned Independence activists, and those calling for separation from the Mainland. But the banners on campuses were placed anonymously, and it's not clear who, and how many are making these calls. Is the number as high as the 20% who voted for the localist camp in the last election? Is it as high as the 40% of young people in a survey who saw independence as their preferred option after 2047? Is support rising, or falling, and why has the issue flared up again now? Is it just a marginal view, or a real mass movement? Is it an excuse to introduce more restrictive legislation locally? Do media and official reaction make for more support? Call us with your thoughts on 23388266 or email email@example.com. After 9.20, would you live in a container home?

On Tuesday's Backchat , what a waste. The Government is unveiling plans for how to charge for what you throw away. Its been a long debate, with many trials and pilot studies - what do you make of the proposals? After 9.20, following exchanges in the last CE debate we ask if it's good to have an empty desk? Or is clutter better? (8:30-9:30am, call in on 233 88 266, email firstname.lastname@example.org or text 6393 5925)
