    CY Leung and the UGL inquiry / Bomb attack in Manchester

    On Wednesday's Backchat, CY Leung and the UGL inquiry. Pan Dem Legislators have condemned the CE for interfering with the work of Legco's select committee on the UGL probe while two other lawmakers joined their plan to table an impeachment motion. DAB chairman Starry Lee said her party would not support the impeachment motion which was only a political attack against the CE. Should Kenneth Leung stand down from the inquiry? Will it really be a fair investigation? Is there any point in impeaching an outgoing leader?  After 9.20, thoughts on the bomb attack in Manchester in the UK.
