    US-China relations and Trade War / Cyberattacks

    On Thursday's Backchat, US-China relations. Markets are uncertain after reports that the US cancelled a trade meeting with Chinese officials. There's similar doubt over the way forward in the extradition of the Huawei executive. Is China's economy showing significant strain? Is China soft pedalling the Belt and Road initiative? Are relations getting better, worse, or static?  After 9.20, surging cyberattacks in Hong Kong.
