    Judicial Review of Colocation Arrangement

    On Friday's Backchat, co-location. The High Court ruled on Thursday that the controversial arrangement which authorises mainland Chinese officers to apply national laws at the mainland port area of the station is legally sound. Judge Anderson Chow says the arrangement is consistent with the Basic Law, and the question should not be approached in a literal or mechanistic manner.  What implications does the court judgement bring? Is the “One country, two systems” principle really at stake? What do we learn about the NPCSC 'decision'?
