Occupy protesters charged on public nuisance / Escalator Safety

On Tuesday's Backchat, Occupy Central again. Some leaders of the 2014 civil disobedience movement have been told that they will face prosecution. This comes just a day after the CE election, so is it politically motivated? Does the delay in prosecution make a difference? Should the leaders face up to the consequences if they broke the law? Will the prosecutions simply inflame old wounds?  After 9.20, escalator safety. (8:30-9:30am, call in on 233 88 266, email backchat@rthk.hk or text 6393 5925)
