Neil Tomes – Chef / Paul Niel – Adventurer and film maker / James Marsh – Films

Welcome to Fryday on Morning Brew. At 10.10 we hit the kitchen for some culinary tips and tricks with the experts. They weren't free today, so our very own Chef Neil Tomes is back. Join us on Facebook Live. After 11.30 we catch up with "coasteering" adventurer and film maker Paul Niel. You may remember some time ago, he and Esther Roling made their way around the entire coastline of Hong Kong Island by any means possible. They got very wet! After 12.30 (this week) movie critic James Marsh joins us on location from sunny Great Britain. Today: Isle of Dogs, and Gunjiam: Haunted Asylum. (9:30am-1pm, email morningbrew@rthk.hk )

Merrin Pearse – Sustainability Strategist / Jarrod Watt – Aussie journalist / Morris Miselowski – Business Futurist

    主持人:Phil Whelan

It’s Tuesday on Morning Brew and we’re playing musical chairs just a little today. Of course, for this we blame Aus Boy. At 10.10 Dr. Merrin Pearse will be back to talk about “volunteering” in Hong Kong. At 11.10 today (and today only) we take our weekly look Down Under with the late Jarrod Watt. At 12.10 Business Futurist Morris Miselowski joins us on the line from Melbourne. Today we talk about the culture of sneaky-beaky surveillance, especially in this part of the world. Also, is it just a coincidence that after you search a topic online it may well pop up as a related ad in Facebook?(9:30am-1pm, email morningbrew@rthk.hk )
