Welcome to a new week on Morning Brew. We hit the rugby field at 10.10 with CEO of HK Rugby Robbie McRobbie. Join us then for our weekly update on the local and Asian game. At 11.10 we welcome back world renowned violinist Dan Zhu back to MB to find out what brings him to Hong Kong and Shenzhen this week. After 11.30 we meet another top artiste who’s taking part in the Heritage Vogue-Hollywood Road Street Carnival on November 4th. Wan-pin Chu is an award winning Erhu player. We’ll talk about his work on one of the most iconic of traditional Chinese musical instruments. At 12.10 we attempt to uncover one of the greatest mysteries in the audio recording industry (well, to the layman, anyway)...remastering. It's a word often used, yet often coming with a vague explanation. It will be vague no more, as we meet Abby Road remastering engineer Andrew Walter, who's here for the Joy Of Music Festival 2018.
