      "report_content_c": "引言\n香港電台(港台)環保報告載列了港台在保護環境方面的承諾。\n港台作為本港唯一的公共廣播機構，不但透過種類均衡而高質素的節目，為社會大眾與特定的目標觀眾／聽眾提供資訊、教育及娛樂，同時亦致力提高市民的環保意識。\n\n環保目標\n除了採用環保內務管理措施及培養員工的環保文化外，港台在推動市民的環保意識方面亦不遺餘力，有關工作包括：\n• 向市民闡釋「保護環境，人人有責」 － 港台製作宣傳短片、聲帶和節目，培育市民的環保意識；\n• 鼓勵社會各界人士就環保議題和政策進行討論 － 港台提供平台，讓相關的政府人員及非政府機構的專家，一起與市民分享環保資訊和經驗，並讓市民就有關議題表達意見；以及\n• 製作節目和舉辦活動，讓政府人員有機會向市民解釋現行政策和環保措施。\n\n環保政策\n為履行保護環境的承諾，港台會繼續：\n• 加強市民對保護環境及保育天然資源的意識；\n• 在運作時恪守相關的法例規定和自願性準則，以達到更高的環保水平；\n• 在使用物料方面奉行「減廢、再用及再造」的原則；\n• 鼓勵港台全體員工身體力行，實踐愛護環境的責任；以及\n• 在各方面不斷提升環保工作的成效。\n\n環保工作重點\n在二○二四年，港台進行了下述各項主要工作，以提升環保成效：\n\n節目製作\n電台和電視節目\n• 製作和外購電台及電視節目與環節，以廣泛探討各項綠色議題，例如綠色生活、環保、可持續發展、循環再造及節約能源等。有關節目包括︰\n➢ 第一台︰《大氣候》、《港識生活館》和《藍地球》；\n➢ 第二台︰《晨光第一線》和《知識會社》；\n➢ 第三台︰《時事聚焦》、《熱搜話題分享室》、《Noreen 的早午餐》和《每日佳釀》；\n➢ 第五台︰《香江暖流》和《綠色 Fighting》；\n➢ 普通話台：《一樣環保百樣人》；\n➢ 文化及教育組︰《大自然之聲》、《綠 Teen 工作》、《老細一齊嚟》和《文化快訊》；\n➢ 社區參與廣播服務：《港。自然。講。心靈》、《一個公園一個故事》、《香港保育隊》和《耳邊蜂 — 蜜蜂與人類的故事》；\n➢ 節目推廣組：在每日報導交通消息環節完結前，提醒駕駛者停車熄匙；以及\n➢ 港台電視 31︰《大自然深度遊》、《氣候全面體》、《政正關你事 — 環事覺得你最保》、《大師對談 — 建築與環保》、《迎戰巴黎奧運 — 環保奧運》、《天文台搞邊「科」》、《鏗鏘集》兩集相關議題的節目，包括〈極端天氣〉及〈減廢之路〉、《港式速遞》六個相關議題的環節，包括「交通轉電動 環保又輕鬆」、「童話香港 — 環保習慣」、「回收轆轆 — 流動環保車」、「減廢回收約章，環保習慣要 Learn」、「關愛香港『識買•惜買• 源頭』環保時裝工作坊」和「外賣走塑餐具先行公眾教育運動」、《遇見美麗中國》、《31 看世界》六集相關議題的節目，包括〈致命洩漏〉、〈超級能源儲備〉、〈變形記 — 荒野重現〉、〈綠色好事〉、〈惜食料理大師班〉及〈綠惜見未來〉、《未來方案》及《小農夫大作物 新一彈》。\n\n新媒體\n• 港台網站已更新了 Podcast One 平台上「綠色生活」的播放列表 (網址：https://podcast.rthk.hk/podcast/topic_playlist.php?id=86&lang=zh-CN)，內容涵蓋了各類以「環境」為主題的節目影片，如生物多樣性、保育、氣候變化、減廢及可持續生活方式，旨在推廣、教育和鼓勵觀眾及聽眾支持環保。\n\n內部環保措施\n減少用紙\n• 廣泛使用電郵通訊；\n• 鼓勵雙面影印，減少用紙；\n• 鼓勵使用舊紙張的空白背面及循環再用信封；\n• 在廣播大廈以及電視大廈的洗手間額外安裝乾手機，以取代已停止供應的抹手紙；以及\n• 自二○二四年七月起推出電子檔案保管系統，以長遠減少印製文件的硬複本作記錄和存檔用途。\n\n循環再造\n• 在適當位置放置回收箱。在二○二四年，港台已回收 2 902 公斤廢紙、2 746 個膠樽及 2 311 個鋁罐作循環再造；以及\n• 回收舊的打印機碳粉匣作循環再造。\n\n環保採購\n• 使用備有雙面影印及自動省電功能的影印機；\n• 使用普通紙傳真機取代熱感紙傳真機；\n• 採購環保產品，例如可換芯原子筆、可回收打印機碳粉匣等；\n• 採購有第一級能源效益標籤的電器，如雪櫃、冷氣機及抽濕機等；\n• 在採購辦公室器材(例如飲水機、微波爐)時，採用環境保護署頒布的環保產品規格；以及\n• 停止採購和提供即棄雨傘膠袋，並改為設置雨傘除水器。\n\n節省能源\n• 再行傳閱通告提醒同事在離開辦公室時關燈，同時關掉閒置的電器，以促進和鼓勵同事減少能源消耗；\n• 調節空調系統，使室溫維持在合理水平；\n• 在空調及照明開關掣貼上印有「節約能源」字樣的貼紙；\n• 為部門大樓進行能源審核，以識別節能的機會；以及\n• 更換現有的照明及冷氣系統，改用較節能的型號。\n\n碳審計\n• 為廣播大廈及電視大廈進行碳審計工作。在二○二三至二四年度，廣播大廈及電視大廈的溫室氣體排放量分別為 1 333.03 及 1 603.51 公噸二氧化碳當量。\n\n室內環境質素\n• 部門大樓的室內空氣質素達到「良好級別」的目標。\n\n電子通訊\n• 上載常用資料(例如部門電話通訊錄、通告及重要告示等)至內聯網，供內部參閱；以及\n• 上載一般表格至內聯網，取代印備表格。\n\n職員餐廳\n• 停止使用塑膠飲管及餐具，並不再向堂食顧客提供任何即棄餐具，同時鼓勵外賣顧客自備外賣盒和餐具，並向索取即棄餐具的顧客收取費用。\n\n運輸管理\n• 為部門車隊引入電動車；以及\n• 司機須遵守停車熄匙的規定。\n\n進一步提升環保工作成效的措施\n港台將會通過下列措施，繼續實現各項環保目標：\n• 製作和播放不同形式的節目，探討環境問題；\n• 提倡環保採購政策，以配合各項製作工作；\n• 繼續致力提高市民對環境問題的關注；\n• 研究更廣泛採用電子措施，以盡量減少用紙和節約能源；\n• 與其他政府部門合作推行更多節能項目，減少能源消耗，以及探索在適合的情況下使用可再生／替代能源的可行性；以及\n• 確保員工繼續在安全健康的環境下工作。\n\n資料及建議\n如對本報告有任何建議及查詢，歡迎以下述方式向我們提出 —\n電話︰2339 6308\n電郵︰general@rthk.gov.hk\n傳真︰2338 0279\n郵遞︰九龍廣播道30號廣播大廈 香港電台行政部",
      "report_content_e": "Introduction\nRadio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) Environmental Report sets out RTHK’s commitments to protect the environment.\nAs the sole public service broadcaster in Hong Kong, RTHK aims to inform, educate and entertain the general public and specific target audience through a balanced mix of high quality programming. RTHK is also committed to enhancing the public’s environmental awareness.\n\nEnvironmental Goal\nApart from adopting green housekeeping measures and fostering among staff an environmentally-friendly culture, RTHK spares no effort in promoting public awareness on environmental issues by:\n• guiding the public to appreciate that environmental protection is everybody’s business – RTHK produces trailers, radio announcements on public interest and programmes to nurture public awareness of environmental protection;\n• encouraging community discussions on environmental issues and policies – RTHK provides a platform for government officials and experts from nongovernmental organisations to share information and experience on environmental protection with members of the public who may also express their views on the subject; and\n• providing opportunities for the government officials to explain its current policies and environmental protection initiatives through RTHK’s programmes and projects.\n\nEnvironmental Policy\nIn pursuance of its environmental commitments, RTHK will continue to:\n• enhance public awareness on environmental protection and conservation of natural resources;\n• comply with, and where appropriate exceed, legal regulations and voluntary standards in relevant operations;\n• practise the principle of “Reduce, Reuse and Recycle” in the consumption of materials;\n• foster personal responsibility among all RTHK staff to care for the environment and encourage them to render support through action; and\n• seek continual improvement of its environmental performance on all fronts.\n\nEnvironmental Highlights\nIn 2024, RTHK made the following major efforts in enhancing its environmental performance:\n\nProgrammes\nRadio and TV Programmes\n• Produced and acquired radio and TV programmes and programme segments, which widely covered various green topics, such as green living, environmental protection, sustainable development, recycling and energy saving. These programmes include:\n➢ Radio 1: “Climate Watcher” , “Y.O.L.O – You Only Live Once” and “Blue Planet”;\n➢ Radio 2: “Morning Suite” and “Knowledge Company”;\n➢ Radio 3: “Backchat”, “In the Common Room”, “Brunch with Noreen” and “The Brew”;\n➢ Radio 5: “MagaSenior” and “Green Fighting”;\n➢ Putonghua Channel: “Hundred Ways to Go Green”;\n➢ Culture & Education Unit: “Sound of Nature”, “Teens For Green”, “Young and Old Alike” and “Cultural Express”;\n➢ Community Involvement Broadcasting Service: “The Healing Power of Nature in Hong Kong”, “The Tales of Parks”, “ Hong Kong Conservation Team” and “Buzzing Around: Bees and Humans”;\n➢ Presentation Unit: Ad-lib messages after daily traffic news announcement to deliver the message of “Switching off engines of idling vehicles”; and\n➢ RTHK TV31: “Hong Kong’s Greenery & Biodiversity”, “Climate Insight”, “Government and You – Environment matters, your action matters more”, “Dialogue with masters – Architecture and environmental protection”, “All about Paris Olympics – Environmental Olympics”, “What science does the Observatory do?”, 2 episodes of “HK Connection” covering related topics, including “Extreme weather” and “Path to Waste Reduction”, 6 segments of “Hong Kong Info Express” covering related topics, including “Electric transportation”, “Eco-friendly habits”, “Look For Green – Mobile recycling programme”, “Waste Reduction and Recycling Charter”, “Eco-friendly fashion workshop” and “Plastic-Free Takeaway, Use Reusable Tableware Campaign”, “Enchanting China”, 6 episodes of “31 See the World” covering related topics, including “Lethal leaks”, “Super storage”, “Metamorphoses – The return of the wilderness”, “Good news from planet earth“, “Zero waste kitchen” and “Green future”, “Future from above” and “Agricultural Paradise”.\n\nNew Media\n• RTHK website has updated the “Green Life” section of “Podcast One” platform (https://podcast.rthk.hk/podcast/topic_playlist.php?id=86&lang=en-US) which offers a playlist of podcasts focusing on various environmental themes such as biodiversity, conservation, climate change, waste reduction and sustainable living style. This section aims to promote, educate and inspire audiences and listeners to support environmental protection.\n\nIn-house Green Practices\nMinimising Paper Consumption\n• using e-mails for communication widely;\n• promoting double-sided photocopying to reduce paper consumption;\n• promoting the use of the blank side of used paper and the reuse of envelopes;\n• installing additional hand dryers in the washrooms of Broadcasting House (BH) and Television House (TVH) to replace paper towels, which have been ceased to supply; and\n• rolling out Electronic Record-keeping System (ERKS) since July 2024 with a view to reducing the print-out of document hardcopies for record keeping and filing.\n\nRecycling\n• placing recycling bins at suitable locations. In 2024, RTHK collected 2 902 kg of waste paper, 2 746 plastic bottles and 2 311 aluminium cans for recycling; and\n• collecting used printer toner cartridges for recycling.\n\nGreen Products\n• using photocopiers with double-sided photocopying and automatic energy saving functions;\n• using plain paper fax machines instead of thermal paper ones;\n• procuring environmentally-friendly products, such as refillable ball pens and recyclable printer toner cartridges;\n• procuring appliances, such as refrigerators, air-conditioners and dehumidifiers with Grade 1 Energy Efficiency Label;\n• adopting green procurement specifications promulgated by the Environmental Protection Department when procuring office equipment, such as water dispensers and microwave ovens; and\n• ceasing to procure and provide disposable plastic umbrella bags, and setting up umbrella dryers instead.\n\nEnergy Saving\n• promoting and encouraging staff to reduce energy consumption by re-circulating a circular to remind staff to switch off lightings when they leave office and turn off electrical products not in use;\n• adjusting the air-conditioning system to keep the room temperature at a reasonable level;\n• affixing “Save Energy” stickers to air-conditioning and lighting switches;\n• carrying out energy audits for departmental buildings to identify energy saving opportunities; and\n• replacing existing lighting and air-conditioning systems with energy-saving models.\n\nCarbon Audit\n• conducting carbon audit exercise for BH and TVH. In 2023-24, the amounts of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for BH and TVH were 1 333.03 and 1 603.51 tonnes of CO2 equivalent respectively.\n\nIndoor Environmental Quality\n• achieving the “Good Class” of the Indoor Air Quality Objectives for departmental buildings.\n\nE-communication\n• uploading useful information to the intranet for internal reference (e.g. departmental telephone directory, circulars and important notices); and\n• uploading general forms to the intranet instead of keeping the paper forms in stock.\n\nStaff Canteen\n• banning the use of plastic straw, cutlery and tableware, and ceasing to provide disposable tableware for dine-in customers. Takeaway customers are encouraged to bring their own takeaway boxes and cutlery, and charges are imposed on customers who request for disposable tableware.\n\nTransport Management\n• introducing electric vehicles to the departmental vehicle fleet; and\n• complying with the requirement to switch off idling engines by drivers.\n\nMeasures to Further Enhance Environmental Performance\nRTHK will continue to meet its environmental objectives by means of:\n• producing and broadcasting programmes on environmental issues in a variety of formats;\n• promoting a green procurement policy in support of all programme production efforts;\n• continuing its efforts in arousing public concern over environmental issues;\n• exploring wider use of electronic measures to minimise usage of paper and energy;\n• partnering with other government departments in implementing more energysaving projects to reduce energy consumption and identifying possibilities of utilising renewable / alternative energy when situation permits; and\n• ensuring that the working environment for staff remains safe and healthy.\n\nInformation and Suggestions\nSuggestions and enquiries on this Report can be addressed to us by the following means –\nTelephone: 2339 6308\nEmail: general@rthk.gov.hk\nFax: 2338 0279\nPost: Departmental Administration Unit\nRadio Television Hong Kong\nBroadcasting House, 30 Broadcast Drive, Kowloon."
