每集介紹社區中的好人好事。嘉賓來自社會上不同階層及工作範疇，由本年度香港十大傑出青年至兒童之家的保母，都會現身說法分享內心感受。希望讓社會不同階層對好人好事產生共鳴，使更多人投入義工服務行列。

The programme introduces life-touching cases or stories in the communities.  We invite different guests including people from different classes and fields of works, ranging from Hong Kong Ten Outstanding Young Persons of this year to the caretaker at the Children’s Home, are invited to share their experiences and feelings. It is hoped that people from all walks of life will echo from these stories and more people will be drawn to participate in volunteer services.
