主持人：香港精神康復者聯盟製作

節目由精神病康復者擔任主持，帶領其他康復者分享自己獨特的生命故事。同時，亦會邀請醫生、精神科護士、社工及「精健圖書」管理員，與聽眾一同拆解精神病的迷思。 The programme presenters, who are ex-mentally ill persons, will lead other ex-patients to share their life stories. Guests such as doctors, mental nurses, social workers and “librarians” of the Mental Health Human Library will also be invited to dispel some myths about mental illness.
