節目內容由匡智屯門晨輝學校的兩位高中非華語智障學生設計。內容主要介紹天水圍的特色，包括區內的悠閒設施、特色美食、周邊的交通網絡等。

The programme is designed by two non-Chinese high school students with intellectual disabilities, who study in Hong Chi Morninghope School, Tuen Mun. The programme mainly introduces the characteristics of Tin Shui Wai, including the leisure facilities, special delicacies, and the surrounding transportation network.
