節目會介紹比亞法拉共和國的歷史和文化等，與聽眾一起尋找被遺忘的非洲國度—比亞法拉，進而了解比亞法拉及尼日利亞內戰的由來。節目亦會尋找比亞法拉的痕跡、介紹比亞法拉紀念日在香港的情況，以及會探討比亞法拉的近況。

This programme will look into the forgotten African country – Biafra, introducing its history and culture, to learn about the origins of Biafra and the civil war in Nigeria. The programme will also look for traces of Biafra and track the situation of Biafra Remembrance Day in Hong Kong, as well as to explore the present situation of Biafra.
