結集民間減廢行動者，分析垃圾徵費利弊，剖析社會處理固體廢物的現況，以及外國實施垃圾徵費的經驗，深入分析固體廢物徵費對整個社會的影響。

Waste reduction activists are invited to discuss the pros and cons of waste charging. The programme will  explain the solid waste management currently adopted in the society, and share the experience of implementing waste charging in other foreign countries in order to provide an in-depth analysis on the impact of solid waste charging to the society as a whole.
