很多香港人喜歡前往日本旅行，同時造成許多文化上的衝突。而在香港，亦有很多日本人留港工作，甚至落地生根，建立自己的事業。節目請來居港日本人與常跟日本人工作的香港人主持，一起分享兩地的生活文化和趣事，減少大家相處時候的矛盾。
Many Hongkongers like to travel to Japan, leading to a lot of cultural conflicts. In Hong Kong, there are also many Japanese people staying for work, some even settle here or pursue a career. The programme is hosted by Japanese people residing in Hong Kong and Hongkongers who frequently work with Japanese people. They will share the different lifestyles and anecdotes of the two places to help avoid conflicts
