成功是由多年的努力、汗水、幹勁、毅力及多種元素累積下來的成果。節目講述13位年輕少數族裔人士的經歷，他們各有夢想，希望成為律師、建築師、老師、運動員、健身教練、音樂家和警察。透過節目，我們可以了解整個社區如何默默耕耘，幫助年輕人追夢，鋪展出漫長的成功之路。
Success stories are the outcome of years of hard work, sweat, dedication, perseverance and many more. The programme aims to bring the experience of 13 young EM youths with dreams to be a lawyer, architect, teacher, sport player, physical trainer, professional musician and police officer. Through the programme, we can get to know a how others in a community help the youths to pursue dream and pave their way to success.
