On Monday's 123 Show, we'll hear about the Lung Fu Shan BioBlitz 2019 with Hugo Du and Angela Chan, from the Lung Fu Shan Environmental Education Centre. That's at 1.30. After 2, Executive Councillor Ronny Tong comments on the violent clashes in Yuen Long MTR yesterday. After 2.30, on this week’s Trash Talk, Marcy Trent Long talks to bulk-buy shop owner Raphael de Ry about ways to reduce our ecological footprint during shopping. Finally after 2.45, fitness coach Nathan Solia talks about gut health. (1:15pm-3pm, email@example.com)
On Friday's 123 Show, we look back at women’s history month in March on this week's Agender Cafe. While there are many famous women who've make their mark over the centuries, there are also many whose stories are untold but no less interesting. Our former RTHK colleague, Crystal Kwok, has been working on a documentary based on the story of her grandmother, a Chinese woman who grew up in the racially divided American south of the 1930s. Crystal joins Hosts Karen Koh and Noreen Mir to share more about her work and her grandmother's story. (1:15pm-3pm, firstname.lastname@example.org)
