Joining Saadia in the studio at 1.30, Cecilia Lui, trainer and coach, chooses "Leadership" as this week's topic, and we'll be looking at key tips for professional and personal life. After 2pm we hear from Sarah Carlsen, a committee member of the Society for Community Organisation, or SoCo, which helps people living below the poverty line. Sarah tells us about an exciting festive Christmas carol event planned to raise funds. Plus we catch up after 2.30 Operation Santa Claus, as we hear about one of this year's beneficiaries, The Chicken Soup Foundation.
