After 2, fitness coach Nathan Solia will talk about practicing a good posture when we're working out. After 2.30, on this week's Trash Talk, Marcy Trent Long talks to the founder of Designing Hong Kong, Paul Zimmerman, on the waste charging scheme which was recently reintroduced into the Legislative Council.
On Thursday's 123 Show we're talking about different types of psychotherapy with Dr Esslin Terrighena, a psychologist and psychotherapist with Mind Balance. That's at 1.30. After 2, Saadia Usmani joins us for our regular Thursday Chinwag to talk about "lookism" - prejudice or discrimination on the grounds of a person's appearance. And finally after 2.30, in this week’s Artsing Around with Andrew Dembina, we cross over live to Blindspot Gallery in Wong Chuk Hang. We're going to hear about a painter who’s just finished spending a few months there as "artist in residence". And if you’re watching this on Facebook Live, you’ll also be seeing some of her work.
