On the 123 Show today, as it’s Chewsday we talk food and drink. After 1.30, Saadia Usmani’s guest on Soundbite is Anson Wong, a law student, and keen eater. Anson admits he was a bit of a chubby boy growing up and he’s always loved a whole host of cuisines but doesn’t like cooking. Today he shares his Soundbite with us.
After 2 pm Andrew Dembina is here with his weekly news update from the local and global food and drinks scene.
And after 2.30 Saadia gives you the highlights from a new book by science writer Graham Lawton, entitled "This Book Could Save Your Life", which looks at the kinds of food we should be eating at various stages of our life.
