On the 123 Show today, after 1.30 Xavier Mahe, the general manager of the French May Arts Festival 2022, and dancer Joseph Lee will be joining Saadia Usmani with an update on the activities and events taking place between now and June. Joseph will be telling us about his involvement with a unique 10-minute pop-up dance performance.
After 2 pm "Feel Good Friday" is our fortnightly chat with naturopath Philip Watkins. Today Philip talks about meditation to commemorate National Meditation Day tomorrow.
And keeping on a similar track, Victor Kumar is here with his regular meditative session, VK Vibes, after 2.30. This week the focus is on how we deal with "failure".
