On Tuesday's Backchat, we looked back at Spanish king Felipe VI's state visit to Beijing last week. China and Spain signed around 10 cooperation documents in areas like trade and economy, science and technology, and education as the two sides vowed to strengthen ties. We heard from an expert about the growing friendliness between the two nations.
We then reflected back on the legacy of Singapore's first Prime Minister, Lee Kuan Yew, after the city state's government recently announced plans to preserve his house.
After the break, we learned more about a recent conference which took place at the Baptist University about sports integrity and anti-doping protocols.
And finally, we discussed "emotional consumption" - a new spending trend among young Chinese consumers.
