    Mandatory Provident Fund / Trump’s Declaration of Emergency on Border

The Financial Services Development Council has proposed that employees contributing to the MPF fund should be given tax incentives to encourage more contributions; that an eMPF should be set up to streamline administration, and that more high-risk asset classes should be introduced.  What do you think of their proposals?
