    Housing Plans on Fanling Golf Course / Remembering Peter Moss

    On Thursday's Backchat, the Fanling Golf Course. The Executive Council has accepted the Task Force's recommendations including developing part of the Fanling Course. Its reported this would mean retaking 32 hectares. The course's private recreational lease comes up next year. What would this mean to the sport in Hong Kong? Could the Open continue? Is the plan a good compromise? Or a sop to the elite at the expense of the public?  After 9.20, remembering Peter Moss, the Hong Kong author.
