    Wealth Management Strategist, Enzio Von Pfeil, thinks that the wealth gap in Hong Kong is “despicable” and that instead of increasing the minimum wage, authorities should insist on vocational training.

    Andrew Sullivan, Managing Director at Outset Global, notes that mainland China authorities could have made changes in pension related policies that might stimulate the economy, but decided to invest in other areas.
