Today on Morning Brew we wish our superstar Chef Robin Zavou a very Happy Birthday! 50 years old with a stunning record...88 arrests, and NO convictions. Hoorah! Steve Vines joins us for a pre Easter squark at 10.10. In the news this week; The MTR said on Tuesday that the HK$ 67 billion high-speed rail link between Hong Kong and Guangzhou will be delayed and would not be opened until 2017, because of its digger getting too wet in the recent black rain warning, "our carriages might get flat tyres", and the dog ate my blue-prints. Also, the Audit Commission said on Wednesday that the HK$250 million 'Mega Events Fund' has failed to achieve its goal of attracting overseas visitors to Hong Kong. MB suggests that actually coughing up for a few decent "mega events" might just do the trick. At 11.40 HK's very own Visa Geeza, Steve Barnes returns to answer any questions you may have about your status here in PRC Lite. After 12, we meet local band "The Punks", who are looking forward to sharing their music with us "live". We'll wrap up today's show with the welcome return of Mr Motion Dynamics (stretching for posh people) Chris Watts, who'll talk about healthy ageing for the brain linked to cardio fitness. And, is there a link between performance and healthy teeth? We'll chew this one over at 12.40. (9.30am-1pm, or email email@example.com )
