Welcome to Fry-day on Morning Brew, as after our final 9am request session this week, we're back in the kitchen with Chefs to the stars Jason Black, "Chicken Jack" Carson, and for the first time Wes Long (who is also an Americorn). Send in any foody questions you may have. More about the genius idea to kill Hong Kong's trams after 11 as we meet top architect and urban planner Simon Blore, who feels that this strange idea is just a "red herring". At 11.40 we meet the multi talented US comedienne, TV writer/producer, and former model Camille Solari who's doing a "one night only" in Hong Kong tomorrow. We go out for the week with our regular movie review at 12.40. This week James Marsh looks at Adam Sandler in PIXELS and Ringo Lam's WILD CITY.
