Welcome to Fryday on Morning Brew. As the cooler and dryer Autumn weather is upon us, we’ll probably start to change what we eat a little. In fact, it won’t be long now until Hong Kong brings out its favourite end of year accessory... the hotpot. Chef Chris “Wayne” Kerr returns after 10 with his ideas for food in the fall. After 12 we’re off to Korea, and of course the movies.
