Welcome to a new week on Morning Brew. We’ll kick off our week as usual at 10.10 with all the rugby news from Robbie McRobbie, the CEO of HK Rugby. At 10.40 we welcome back best selling author, columnist, and now published poet, Tracy Quan. We haven’t talked on air for a year, so we’ll find out what she’s been up to. After 11 we’ll catch up with Canadian adventurer and film maker Markus Pukonen . Markus is still travelling the world without the use of power. We’ll hopefully be able to actually show you where he is via video link on Facebook live. More live music for you at 12.10 as we travel to Perth, Australia to hang with, and listen to former Hong Kong based singer Tania Martin. Join her on Facebook live too.

Welcome to Fryday on Morning Brew. At 10.10...flatbreads of the world. Chef Jason Black (Empire HK) joins us on the line from Durban, South Africa for his weekly cooking class. After that you may need some speedy (and totally drug free) recovery, so at 11.40 we meet Caroline Kremer-Cadoret, who’s dedicated her life to developing a method and technique for doing just that. After a deep personal tragedy twenty years ago, Caroline decided there must other paths to recovery after injury that do not involve pharmaceuticals. The Kremer Method has particularly helped performing artists over the years, and we’ll find out how. At 12.10, movie man James Marsh returns with this week’s best and worst new releases, including John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum, Arctic, and Krasue: Inhuman Kiss.
