Monday morning after a weekend of craziness, but we press on regardless, as James Ross sits in for Phil today. No rugby today as Robbie McRobbie takes a short break, but we do have William Nader, Director of Racing at the Hong Kong Jockey club (HKJC Racing), with the latest on the horses. Plus we focus on Italian food in Hong Kong, as part of the Italia Mia Festival. We'll be joined by Savio Pesavento of the Academy of Italian Cuisine and Dr Filippo Scevola of the University of Turin who'll tell us about the positive health benefits of a pinch of salt! After 11 the world of story-telling and we focus on a new opera-play called 'Anne & Zef' - about Anne Frank, victim of the Jewish Holocaust in World War II, and another young victim, Zef, killed in the Albanian war in the 90's. Composer Monique Krus, and conductor Vicky Shin will join us to tell all about the performance at Tai Kwun this weekend. Plus all that's best in music through until 1pm. Welcome to Morning Brew this Thursday. Steve Vines will be with us at 10.10 to talk about the gift that keeps on giving...oh, and then very likely something about the extradition bill opera. Dr. David Gething is away today, so at At 11.40 this week’s futuristic chat with Morris Miselowski (as he was busy on Tuesday). At 12.10 Maestro JC Viens will share with you more wine magic. Chris Watts will be with us at 12.40 for some motion dynamics and pain in general. (9:30am-1pm, email email@example.com )
