Welcome to a new week on Morning Brew. Robbie McRobbie will be with us at 10.10 with this week’s local and (of course) World Cup rugby news. We’re off to Japan after 11, but for a slightly different reason. For a few months now we’ve been keeping up with cyclist James Owens, whose challenge was to cycle with a friend from the UK to Japan, while raising money for the charity ChildFund Pass It Back. Needless to say he made it, and we’ll have one last chat today. After 12 another MB traveller, Markus Pukonen, who is going around the world without the use of power, will join us from...well, we’ll find out. (9:30am-1pm, email firstname.lastname@example.org )
Welcome to on Fryday Morning Brew. After 9, let’s do some of your requests. Just drop us a line. Your luxury chef today is Wes Long, who joins us on the line from Hickory, South Carolina, Billy-Bobsville, USA. Chef Jason Black (Empire HK) has to go tattoo shopping again today, but moreover it’s his birthday, and he thinks we don’t know. Or maybe it slipped his memory! Happy Birthday, Chef. After 11.30 we welcome back our radio doc, Paul Murray. Send us any medical questions you may have. All handled anonymously. At 12.10 movie magnate James Marsh is back to give us his take on this week’s releases. Join us on Facebook Live. (9:00am-1pm, email email@example.com )
