    Welcome to Fryday on Morning Brew. We’re back to San Francisco at 10.10 to catch up with Chef Matt Dolan, ahead of another busy night at Twenty Five Lusk. Today: Epic fails, and catharsis on air. After 11.30 Mr Motion Dynamics Chris Watts will be with us for some sleep deprivation.     The closing of Grappa's Cellar / Robbie McRobbie – Rugby / Hong Kong Book Fair – How South Asians Helped to Make Hong Kong

    Morning Brew: James Ross in for Phil today, and we'll be playing musical chairs a bit over the next few weeks. Kicking off this week after 9 with a focus on the future of live music, with the closing of Grappa's Cellar over the weekend. The final music gig was on Friday played by Last Orders, and we'll be joined by band members Jeremy and Zack. Plus DJ and Music Consultant Steve Bruce, and Nick Willsher, MD of Entertaining Asia. After 10 Robbie McRobbie, head honcho of the Hong Kong Rugby Union, with a wrap-up of the World Under 20 Trophy, and Operation Breakthrough returning from the Vietnam tour. After 11 and ahead of his appearance tonight at the Hong Kong Book Fair, China expert Mark O'Neill drops into the studio to tell us about his book "How South Asians Helped to Make Hong Kong".
