Chef Matt Dolan – Fryday / Paul Roth – Australian singer/songwriter / Philippe Dova – RTL France correspondent / James Marsh – Films

Welcome to Fryday on Morning Brew. For the time being most of our guests will still be appearing on video via Facebook live. Mind you, it's such fun actually going to visit them in their office, surgery, or wherever, so this may well continue even after we start to welcome guests back to the studio again. At 10.10 today we're off to San Francisco to visit Chef Matt Dolan in his restaurant Twenty Five Lusk. At 11.10 Australian singer/songwriter Paul Roth Music joins us on the release day of his new song, "Still". After 11.30, this week's session with Philippe Dova from RTL France. At 12.10 it's Marshy Movie Time. James Marsh chews over this week's hits and misses, including The Invisible Man and We Are Champions. Join us with your questions and comments on Facebook Live throughout the morning..

Steve Vines – Hong Kong Issues / Chris Watts – Motion Dynamics / JC Viens – Wine expert

    主持人:Phil Whelan

Welcome to Thursday on Morning Brew. We have just over a week left of our early starts and mini request time, after the news at 9. Keep them coming. Just email or post your songs on our Facebook page. After 10 Steve Vines returns for his weekly look between the lines. As always we love to receive your emails, especially the ones that read “Vines is talking rubbish”. Dr. Dave the vet is still away on his world tour, so at 11.40 Chris Watts will be with us to talk about your suboccipital muscles, and he reviews a new book about how to stop...ageing. Maestro JC Viens joins us on the line from Guangzhou at 12.10 for this week’s wine class. (9:00am-1pm, email morningbrew@rthk.hk )
