Welcome to Wednesday on Morning Brew. We’re off to the sunny (even at night) Caribbean at 9.40 today to catch up with our friend Janice Jensen from Nevis Animal Speak. Do you find learning languages difficult? After 10.30 we’re going to meet visiting author polyglot Elisa Polese. She speaks 13 languages: Italian, German, Russian, English, French, Spanish, Catalan, Dutch, Greek, Arabic, Hindi, Esperanto, and Brazilian Portuguese. In her book ‘Multilingual learning: how to become fluent in multiple languages’ she maintains it’s really not that difficult (riiiiiight!). Philippe Dova from RTL France will be with us at his usual time of 11.40 today with more stories and Frenchness. No Pilates today, as Jason is busy, so instead our friend Chris Watts joins us for some health chat. (9:30am-1pm, email email@example.com )
It’s Tuesday on Morning Brew, and as usual “mostly” Aussie day. Jarrod Watt will be with us after 10 for this week’s bits and pieces from Down Under. That, along with three great homegrown tracks. At 11.10 Dr. Merrin Pearse reports live from Whakatane in New Zealand to bring you more eco news. At 12.10 we go west to St. Kilda in Melbourne to meet Morris Miselowski for some more biz futurism, including things that should logically be obsolete...but aren't.
