Welcome to Wednesday on Morning Brew. We’re off to the sunny (even at night) Caribbean at 9.40 today to catch up with our friend Janice Jensen from Nevis Animal Speak. Do you find learning languages difficult? After 10.30 we’re going to meet visiting author polyglot Elisa Polese. She speaks 13 languages: Italian, German, Russian, English, French, Spanish, Catalan, Dutch, Greek, Arabic, Hindi, Esperanto, and Brazilian Portuguese. In her book ‘Multilingual learning: how to become fluent in multiple languages’ she maintains it’s really not that difficult (riiiiiight!). Philippe Dova from RTL France will be with us at his usual time of 11.40 today with more stories and Frenchness. No Pilates today, as Jason is busy, so instead our friend Chris Watts joins us for some health chat. (9:30am-1pm, email firstname.lastname@example.org )
Welcome to Wednesday on Morning Brew. We’re off to the other side of the world at 9.40 to catch up with Janice Jensen from Nevis Animal Speak. At 10.10 a quick visit to Tokyo where journo and broadcaster Tim Noonan brings us his weekly Rugby World Cup report plus, undoubtedly, a little on the NBA. At 11.10 today we’ll find out about Hong Kong’s first ever ITALIA MIA Festival with Mr. Clemente Contestabile, the Consul General of Italy in Hong Kong. RTL France’s Philippe Dova will be with us after 11.30 with more news and music. Jason Clark is off being an opera star today (it’s opening night for Opera Hong Kong), and will return next week at his regular time. (9:30am-1pm, email email@example.com )
