Welcome to Fryday on Morning Brew. You may have started hearing "that bird" over the past few days. The really noisey one who whistles at you at this time of the year. He's actually called the Asian Koel, and only kicks off when the yearly humidity blanket decends. Actually, if you can spot him you'll see he has blood red eyes, but his call denotes your clothes growing furry coats of their own, and your food going floppy and "off". So, today after 10, Chef Neil Tomes will tell you how to combat the slime in your kitchen, and he'll likely be halfway through baking some sourdough as well.
