Weekday programme Morning Brew is a chat and music show. Hosted by Phil Whelan, guests include regular contributors and drop-ins, who span topics from earnest current affairs to cookery to the arts.
Catch it live:
Monday to Friday 9.30am - 1pm
Welcome to Morning Brew. After 11 our all seeing vet Dr. David Gething will be with us to talk about eyes, and of course answer any of your questions. Finally, after 12 (and a week earlier than normal), Maestro JC Viens will be joining us for his monthly wine whine, live from a Venice sunrise.
Welcome to Wednesday on Morning Brew. At 10.40 we’ll meet playwright Neil Harris, whose original piece ‘Svendborg’ is to be performed very soon as a public reading. It’s a manifestation of his lifelong fascination with the great twentieth century poet, playwright, and theatrical reformer Bertolt Brecht… the man who did away with “the fourth wall” and essentially gave us “warts and all” theatre. After 11.30 RTL France’s Philippe Dova will be with us with more from his home country, and another French musical tribute. Chris Watts will be on hand to fix your hamstrings after 12. So, join him on air and on Facebook live, from his Motion Dynamics studio in Central. (9:30am-1pm, email firstname.lastname@example.org and Facebook)
