Welcome to Tuesday and our (mostly) Aussie day on Morning Brew. Jarrod Watt will be with us after 10.30 with the latest scores on the doors from Down Under, and a handful of great tracks. At 11.10 we welcome, for the first time, our New Zealand eco-correspondent. Well, nearly new, as from now on that is where Dr. Merrin Pearse will be based, having departed Hong Kong for good a week ago. After 12, we’ll go a few miles up the road to catch up with biz futurist Morris Miselowski. Now, be honest, in the cold, hard light of day, do you really, genuinely know what a NFT is? Join the club. Well, it has value, among other things you can listen to it, and many really do see it as the future. Best we leave any further explanation of this to Morris.
Welcome to a new week on Morning Brew. It’s almost time to see the donning of Arctic wear in Hong Kong, as the mercury has plummeted to shivery 20 Celsius. This of course means it’s perfect rugby weather. HK Rugby’s CEO Robbie McRobbie will be with you at 10.10 for his all important weekly rugby update. At 10.40 today our New York correspondent Tracy Quan will bring us all the latest from The Big Apple. And, after 11.30 we’ll meet Welsh saxophone star, the multi award winning soloist Joshua Jones. He’s in town to perform with The City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong in a musical trip back in time to 1920s Berlin.
