Join Annalie Chow on Saturday mornings for our new show, the Saturday Squad! We’ll be having lots of fun, with great music and regular guests, finding out what’s going on around town and talking to a range of professionals about what they do for a living. And after 11 every weekend we’ll be keeping up with the world of sports, with Danny Hicks. Get in touch - be part of the Saturday Squad! (Saturday, 9am-12nn)
This week on the Saturday Squad – not sure if you can tell but Annalie is a total nerd #confessionsofaknowledgejunkie. So at 9.30 today, fellow nerd Shawn Tan of Nerd Nite HK -- a community group that organises super nerdy but also fun and causal monthly academic events -- will join Annalie in the studio.
Then, after 10, members of Legacy of Music will be on the show. LoM is a non-profit organisation that aims to encourage young people’s participation in social services through music. Organiser Faith Law will tell us more about LoM and their charity concert this Sunday.
At 10.30, DJ BO, aka Brian Offenther, will drop by the studio with his latest tunesss.
And after 11, as always it's sports with Danny Hicks!
