This week on the Saturday Squad, we’re talking about the things we can do to make the world a better place! Travelling is the best way to experience the world. But if you combine travelling with volunteering, you can also give back at the same time. And how can we do that? Find out at At 9.30, when Annalie is joined in the studio by Bird Tang, director of VolTra, an NGO dedicated to promoting international voluntary services.
Another way we could make the world a better place is through conservation and protection for wildlife. After 10, Eva Yoe of WildAid will be on the show to tell us about their latest initiatives to stop the illegal wildlife trade and to conserve our marine environment.
And after 11, it’s sports with Danny Hicks! (Saturday, 9am-12nn)
