Paul and Carolyn (AKA the Pop Fugitives) are plotting to make their Escape every Sunday morning between 9 and 1.
Join them on the Sunday Escape to hear the best in new music, including three tracks from their album of the week, along with a carefully curated selection of classics, plus interviews with guests from all over the city and beyond. There’s also occasional live music in the studio and all the details of upcoming music events in Hong Kong.
On top of all that is “Biscuit Review”, now a Sunday Escape institution, a feature perfectly designed to complement the most eclectic mix of music on Radio 3.

Paul and Carolyn return for another Sunday Escape with all of the very finest of the week's new music. This includes new singles from Shura and The Antlers plus albums from Tash Sultana and Smith & Burrows as well as an eagerly awaited new record from Mogwai. It’s all part of a show overloaded with new LPs which will make it challenging to pick an album of the week!
It’s not all new music, of course, as the Pop Fugitives will be spinning everything that's been the soundtrack to the last seven days. They'll also be getting quizzical with another Super Clever Music Mystery Quiz, and Paul relives his misspent youth by talking about toys he wasn't allowed as a child but has since acquired (but has no room for). There's also a tribute to Françoise Cactus from Stereo Total and naturally the usual biscuit based investigations.
