Hello. On Wednesday’s Brew we’ll start off at 12.10 with another visit to Chris Watts, who’ll be live from his Motion Dynamics studio in Central. Today he’s going to introduce you to all the trigger points on your trapezius… and stuff. Then, we’ll welcome back RTL France’s Philippe Dova, who will be with us from Tokyo. ‘Classical’ music day is having a holiday this week, but brass man to the stars, Paul Archibald, will be with you next week with another look at the world of the great masters. Tomorrow at 1.30 JC Viens will be with us, live from Italy, so Chef Neil Tomes will jump in a day earlier than normal today, with another start-to-finish recipe, from his Singapore kitchen. Join Chris, and Neil, on Facebook live as well. Every weekday 12.05 - 2pm email email@example.com or find us on Facebook
