    簡介

    GIST

    主持人:Phil Whelan

Every weekday from noon, The Brew is a chat and music show. Hosted by Phil Whelan, guests include regular contributors and drop-ins, who span topics from current affairs to cookery, sport, the arts, technology, and music... lots of music. For 19 years, Phil has presented 'Morning Brew', but now that we've moved to the lunchtime spot, all we need to change is the name. We have the same MB crew coming to you on the same days, and we're open for business... as usual.

James Marsh - Marshy Movie Time

Happy Friday. Today on The Brew, Marshy Movie Time will be barging its way into your ears and eyes at 12:10, with his usual bag of goodies. We heard the news overnight that one of the legends of the film world, director David Lynch, has passed away. He seemed to be everybody’s favourite. James will tell you why. Join us on Facebook live if you can, perhaps with your favourite David Lynch movies. 'Sports and All' happened yesterday, as Danny is very busy at the Australian Open. He'll be back next week.

Morris Miselowski - Bluesky revolution / Jarrod Watt - Australia / Dr. Merrin Pearse and Alex Grioni - Black-eared kite wing tagging project

    主持人:Phil Whelan

Today's Tuesday. Welcome to The Brew. In this day and age of virtual interaction, what does it take to create an en masse shift in behaviour, and what might cause that to happen? Biz futurist Morris Miselowski will be with you at 12:10, live from Melbourne, to talk about the 'Bluesky revolution', and other assorted stuff. Jarrod Watt returns at 12:40 with this week's bag of Aussieness. And, at 1:25 Dr. Merrin Pearse is joined by Alex Grioni, the Senior Vet at Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden, to talk about their black-eared kite wing tagging project. The black kite is the most common diurnal (as opposed to nocturnal) raptor in Hong Kong, though little is known about their post-rehabilitation release survival and behaviour. Join Merrin and Alex on Facebook live as well.
Every weekday afternoon from 12 until 2... Only on Radio 3
