In this week’s set we feature the man who was a pivotal figure in the British Invasion because of his influence in the US in the late 1950s, and it’s a BIG song for a Sunday morning... your neighbours will love you for it. A recording from 1940 brings us the pretty new and cool sound of the Hammond organ from the man who probably made it most famous in jazz. And, especially for Mother's Day, a song sung by George Jessel from the film 'Lucky Boy' in 1929, tugging at the heartstrings.
