    7.30 am Producer and co-director of a brand new “Bach im Theater” production, Patrick Chiu, talks about the staging of the St.Mark Passion, BWV 247, reconstructed and conducted by Matthew Halls. It will combine vocal, choral and early music, as well as physical movement and theatrical elements, to depict a choral masterpiece from a contemporary angle recounting the death of Jesus
    8.30 am Undercover OPERAtive Laurence Scofield tells us why Opera is so revolutionary with examples from Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro and Don Giovanni, and Puccini's Tosca
    9.20 am  Flamenco and Classical guitarist/composer Adam del Monte, talks about his recently composed first-of-its-kind flamenco opera, Llantos: his eclectic awareness of jazz, world music and other contemporary forms which have led to his new, creative renditions of flamenco repertoire; and on his concert with the Shenzhen Fugue Altamira Guitar Ensemble

    8.30 am Music critic Oliver Chou on a concert that did not take place, but the idea behind its initial staging is a story to be told. Chen Xieyang was to conduct one of Zhu Jian'er's orchestral works with the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra and pay tribute to his late father with one of his love songs which Chen arranged for the orchestra
    9.10 am Asian Youth Orchestra founder and conductor Richard Pontzious on how the AYO has a hand in shaping the musical youth of Asia, the 2019 orchestra, the soloists for this year's tour (Moné Hattori, violin and Rachel Cheung, piano), the 2 programmes to be presented, and about French-Swiss conductor Joseph Bastian joining the team (former bass trombonist of the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks)
