    一班減肥朋友在首兩周合共減去33公斤,成績令人滿意。

    這次Tom會協助幾位工作忙碌或缺乏烹飪經驗的朋友,為他們設計「快易瘦」食譜。菜式包括﹕香辣卡郡炒蛋、低卡薄餅、青豆火腿卡邦尼通粉,以及法式蘋果酥皮撻。

    David身為公司管理層,忙得不可開交,要他入廚簡直是天荒夜談。Tom登門造訪,教他弄一個簡易雞煲。第一次下廚的成果,令家人喜出望外,讚不絕口。

    31歲的嘉莉要照顧患有自閉症的兒子,心力交瘁,最近更被確診第二型糖尿,她要重拾健康,為兒子加油。

    女護士Sam希望以最fit的狀態出嫁。並希望為她一班病人作個好榜樣。Tom指導Sam於20分鐘內完成一個健康又美味的翠玉瓜餅,究竟Sam能否於限時內完成這個菜式呢?

    Tom’s gang of calorie-counting dieters got off to a flying start. Between them they lost 33kg in the first fortnight. This time Tom is turning the spotlight on the dieters in the group who say they are too busy, or too inexperienced, to cook healthy meals at home. His quick and easy recipes include a family breakfast of Cajun scrambled eggs, a dieter’s ‘cheat pizza’, a pea and ham pasta that’s on the table in under 15 minutes and a really simple lower calorie French apple tart.

    Businessman David who never cooks for himself. Tom visits David’s house and teaches him how to make a simple but delicious chicken casserole. It’s the first time David has cooked for his family and it gets the thumbs up from his wife and kids.

    Sam, a nurse who is getting married later in the year and wants to look great in her wedding dress.  She also wants to lose weight to set a better example to her patients. Tom challenges Sam to make courgette fritters for their lunch in just 20 minutes.  

    Kayleigh is another dieter whose main motivation for losing weight is her health.  She is 31 and has recently been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.

      專家認為,減少攝取卡路里是持續減磅的最佳方法。這集,Tom會協助三位習慣靠食物來減壓的朋友,包括﹕Ozi、莉莉和Louise。Tom會突擊出現,為他們打氣之餘,亦會分享節食小貼士。

      Ozi是全職爸爸,有一對孖女。他最近才遠離故鄉的家人和朋友,在英國展開新生活。但新環境令奧斯非常孤單,曲奇餅是他唯一的安慰。

      莉莉一切以四個子女為先,忙碌的家務甚至令她忘記定時進食三餐,當她有饑餓感時,唯有暴食才能得到滿足。

      Louise的伴侶意外逝世,遺下她及兒子兩人。食物成為她的最大安慰,也導致她的體重不斷上升。

      The experts say that reducing calories is the best way to lose weight long term so that’s what Tom Kerridge’s dieters are going to do. 

      There are three big comfort eaters Tom helps out; Ozi, Leigh and Louise. He makes surprise visits to their homes, workplaces and even the local supermarket.  He encourages them not to give up the fight and shares his tips on how to break the emotional cycle of destructive comfort eating.

      Ozi is a stay-at-home Dad with twin daughters. He feels isolated from friends and family and turns to his biscuit tin for comfort.

      Leigh is an army wife and mother of 4 young children. She puts her kids first, skips meals, then binges.

      At 19 Louise’s partner died in an accident. She ate to console herself and piled on weight.

      After two weeks on the diet, Tom reveals how much weight the group have lost.
