主持人: Jenny Lam and Janice Wong

On Wednesday' Backchat, we discuss how Hong Kong can become an international hub for charities, as the Hong Kong Jockey Club launches a new HK$5 billion research institute to promote a culture of philanthropy.

What do you think? Does Hong Kong have what it takes to be a true leader in charitable causes? Are donors and deep pockets all it takes? How can the SAR take the next step in achieving this goal?
