While the coronavirus pandemic continues, BBC Radio 3 took the time to search through its archives and has very generously released a collection of close to 300 recordings of works for broadcast performed by five BBC orchestras over the last 27 years. Sourcing and supplying such a large quantity of audio files in one go is a logistical feat at the best of times, even more so when those involved have been working from their homes. We thank BBC Radio 3 for providing Radio 4 with this great fund of music that we hope will bring you much pleasure. To help us plan the pieces to put together for each concert to be broadcast on Tuesday nights at 8pm from August, we would like your input. Please click on the banner and vote for TEN of your favourite pieces. Votes will be tallied, and the most popular pieces will appear in these special compilation concerts!

During the coronavirus pandemic, we stay home and maintain social distance to protect each other. It has been months since Hong Kong musicians perform publicly. Their common task was to take part in a virtual performance of a musical fusion "YMM Online Fantasy" by 2017 YMM Hippocrates Cheng. You will feel their sincerity and talent shine through this energetic piece.
