每逢提到美國，可能你只會想到那裏的快餐文化。不過，令人意想不到的是，在美國竟然有一個「藍區」聚居了不少長壽人士。這個神秘地方叫羅馬林達，當地大部分居民都是基督復臨安息日會的信徒，究竟這個信仰跟當地人特別長壽有何關係呢？
