    CIBS節目︰大笑減壓充電室 (Laughing Station)

    邀請嘉賓分享自己的減壓故事及介紹香港不同的減壓活動。由大笑導師指導聽眾在節目中練習大笑瑜伽及一些放鬆練習。同時,每集均會介紹社區的減壓小點子,好讓大家有更多減壓、充電和大笑的時間。

     

    Guests are invited to share their stories of relieving stress and introduce related activities in Hong Kong. Guided by the laughing yoga tutors, the audience can practise laughing yoga and some relaxation exercises during the programme. Tips on stress relief in the community will also be introduced in each episode to help the audience to have more time to relieve stress, recharge and laugh.
