Our reporter Andrew Dembina went along for a preview and talked to Angela about her exhibition of kinetic and shadow-making works. That’s after 1:30pm. And this week is Wellness Week in Hong Kong. After 2pm, we talk with Cathy Ziengs, mindfulness teacher and convenor of the Hong Kong Mindfulness Teachers Network about what mindfulness is and how it can be useful.
